I have taken the review of the next roll no of mine.i.e, sai sudhindra.
He presented the blog with many casses.he included the images which are related with the particular case which is actually becomes easy to understand the case.
He even included the problems list and the treatment required for each case.
He took the history of the patient which is very important to diagnose the disease.

Question 4:
Problems list:
1.acute kidney disease:
#primarly reversible
Symptoms include
1.oliguria
2.lower abdominal pain
3.fever
4.vomitings
Pitting pedal edema in bilateral lower limbs
This acute kidney disease is identified by serum creatinine levels.
On examination it shows low albumin level with normal haemoglobin concentration with not associated anemia(it can be associated sometimes with anemia).
Solution:
Patient should be on dialysis for some period of time.
No renal transplantation is required as it doesn't involve any renal damage
2.chronic kidney disease:
#mostly irreversible
On examination the size of the kiney is reduced
Symptoms include:
1.fever
2.normal or increased urine output
3.generalized weakness
4.muscle aches
5.decreased haemoglobin with anemia
Solution:
Renal transplantation is required

Case experience:
As we are going through these cases though online platform we are getting idea how to actually take a case .but it would be better if we go through lively.it's a nice experience to take a case and interacting with the patient n tha attenders to study the case in still more better way.
